hello
my name is stephen an I have a friend who bought himself a bike for $150.00 .I have been trying to talk to him ,that a new bike is in order .,one with diskbrakes ,supension etc.,but he not biting .does anybody have any ideas to talk him into a new bike ???
please help......

Hi Stephen,
Is your friend not being able to keep up with you on his cheap bike and you like to do more x-treme stuff but can't because his bike would not be good enough.
I am sure that he will get a better bike if you make sure the party is over by the time he gets back.;)

well, I think it's not about the bike you ride but about the fun you have, right? Why do you want to talk your buddy into a new bike? Bikes with with diskbrakes ,supension etc cost a lot of money, maybe he can't afford a new bike?

Hi Stephen,
I suggest you that you should let your friend whatever he wants ,sooner or later he will figure it out that it was a wrong bike for him, then it will be the time to give your precious suggestion to your friend.
