Cool cruiser bikes

just were in Key West FL and came across some pretty cool low rider bikes.They had a long and low look to them with beautiful springer forks and a large single leatherseats mounted on chromed metall leafspring. To reach the pedals you had to put your feet in a front position just like on a chopper. i believe this more a latino hobby and more common down south than up here.
i wonder why because this bikes are really cool!
